It’s almost time to tee off.

The Paola Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2673 will host the Flying Eagles Golf Tournament at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Osawatomie Golf Course.

The tournament is a four-man scramble and costs $200 per team. The cost includes the green fees and a golf cart. To participate in the skins game, an additional $5 per person is required upon entry. Payout prizes will be awarded to first-, second- and third-place teams.

Entry forms are available at the Paola aerie located at 26433 Eagle Drive in Paola. All of the proceeds will help fellow Paola Eagle, Bob Masenthin, for his 2009-2010 state Presidential campaign.

The Osawatomie Golf Course is located at 32942 W. Lakeside Drive.

The Paola Fraternal Order of Eagles was instituted in 1947 and is home to more than 300 members from the local community.

For more information about the Flying Eagles Golf Tournament or to become a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, call Byron Hurley, aerie secretary, at (913) 526-8994.
