Couple exchanges vows in Paola
Wedding
The wedding of Kaylee E. Hollinger of Paola and Paul A. White of Lenexa took place July 5, 2008, at Evergreen Events in Paola.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Cindy Hollinger of Paola.
The groom is the son of Dirk and Julie White of Lenexa.
Linda Trigg conducted the double-ring ceremony. Shane Teter provided the music.
Navy, celadon and ivory were the wedding colors.
The bride’s father escorted her down the aisle. She wore an ivory French taffeta strapless fitted A-line corset-back gown with ruched stand-away bodice adorned with lace, Swarovski crystals, pearls, beads and sequins and accented with an empire ribbon and a chapel train. An ivory birdcage veil completed the ensemble.
Marcy Minden was the maid of honor. Amy Verstraete and Kristen White served as bridesmaids. They each wore a navy halter dress with a sweetheart neckline and a celadon sash.
Best man was A.J. Ghergich, and groomsmen were Pat Winter and Tommy Winter.
A reception was also at Evergreen Events. The first song the couple danced to was “Is This Love” by Bob Marley.
A photo booth was available for guests to take group and family photos as favors.
Mrs. White is a 2006 graduate of Pittsburg State University. She is employed at State Farm Insurance in Paola.
Mr. White also attended Pittsburg State University and is employed at Authority Domains.
The couple is at home in Louisburg.
